We do not use Customer Information we have obtained about you for any purpose other than to service or manage your account(s) in the ordinary course of our business.

DRSI360 has collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the past twelve (12) months:

(a)  health insurance information;
(b)  personal identifying information, like name, alias, address and account name and number, financial information, social security number, as well as other identifying information;
(c)  characteristics such as age, gender, etc.;
(d)  retail information;
(e) audio, electronic, or similar information including call recordings.  Recordings are made when the consumer has a telephone conversation with us.  (NOTE: calls made by DRSI360 to consumers and calls made by consumers to DRSI360 are recorded and may be monitored);
(f)  commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services purchased;
(g) professional and employment related information;
(h)  educational information, degree, etc.;
(i)  inferences drawn from other information.

 

DRSI360 collects most of this personal information from our clients or from you or your authorized representative by telephone or by electronic or other written communications.  We may also collect information from our service providers, from third parties and from third parties with your consent.

DRSI360 does not sell personal information to third parties.

We regularly use or disclose personal information for one or more of the following business purposes:  to help deliver our services and run our business; for customer service purposes; to third parties; and to others as required or authorized by applicable law.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.  Modifications to the Privacy Policy go into immediate effect after they have been posted.  See the date at the end of this Privacy Policy as to its last update.  If you do not agree with the policy, you should cease use of the Site immediately.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents may have the right to request, free of charge, that a business disclose certain information.  The categories of information are:

  • The categories of personal information that it has collected about that consumer.

  • The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.

  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.

  • The categories of third parties with whom the business shares personal information.

  • The specific pieces of personal information it has collected about that consumer.

A consumer can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA by sending us a notarized power of attorney. You must verify your identity and provide authorization to speak with your authorized agent.  You must describe your request with sufficient detail to enable us to respond to your request.

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.  If the information DRSI360 maintains about you falls into one or more exceptions, DRSI360 may not be able to delete the information.

A consumer has a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of the privacy rights as described herein.
